Known for her attention to detail and commitment to a smooth closing process, Jennifer has built lasting relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and lenders throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

Originally earning her degree in History from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with plans to become a teacher, Jennifer naturally transitioned into title work — where her passion for helping others and educating clients found a new home. She holds title insurance producer licenses in MD, VA, and DC and is a notary in both Maryland and Virginia.

Jennifer currently serves as the Membership Director for the Southern Maryland Women’s Council of REALTORS® and is a co-founder of the SMAR YPN Committee. Whether guiding a first-time homebuyer or assisting a seasoned investor, she takes pride in delivering a knowledgeable, personable, and seamless experience from contract to keys.
